TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of services provided by Slime Fun Squad ("we," "us," "our") for mobile slime parties ("Services"). By booking our services, you ("Client," "you," "your") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Please read these terms carefully before booking a party with us.

Booking and Payment

  • Booking Process: To book a mobile slime party, you must provide complete and accurate information, including but not limited to the party date, location, number of children, and any special requests. You must also provide contact information for the parent/guardian of the children attending.

  • Payment: A deposit of $50 is required to confirm the booking. Payment can be made via : cash, or E-transfer. Full payment is due the day of the party, unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel the event, please contact us at least 5 days prior to the event.

  • Rescheduling: You may request to reschedule your party for another available date, subject to availability. 

 

Party Details and Expectations

  • Party Duration: Each slime party session is 1 to 1.5 hours unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

  • Party Size: The number of children attending the party must not exceed the maximum number agreed upon at the time of booking. Additional children may incur extra charges.

  • Supervision: Parents or guardians must remain present during the party to supervise their children and ensure safety. We are not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur due to a lack of supervision by parents or guardians.

  • Health and Safety: Parents or guardians are required to inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs of the children attending the party. We will take reasonable precautions to accommodate these needs but are not liable for any adverse reactions to the materials used in the slime-making process.

  • Materials and Equipment: We will provide all necessary materials for the slime-making activity (glue, activators, food coloring, shaving c ream, non toxic clay, etc.). If a child has any sensitivities to certain ingredients, we may be able to provide alternative materials upon request, but it is the client’s responsibility to inform us in advance.

  • Behavior: We ask that all children behave appropriately during the event. If any child engages in disruptive or unsafe behavior, we reserve the right to stop the activity. Any damage to property caused by attendees will be the responsibility of the parent or guardian.

 

Liability and Waiver

  • Liability: By booking our services, you agree to hold Slime Fun Squad, its employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from personal injury or property damage that occurs during the party, except when caused by our negligence.

  • Waiver of Liability: Clients must sign a waiver form before the event, acknowledging that the slime-making activity may involve small risks, such as spills or accidents, and releasing us from liability for such events. The waiver will be provided to you upon booking confirmation.

 

Privacy and Data Collection

  • Information Collection: We collect personal information, including names, contact details, and payment information, for the purpose of booking and delivering our services. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your personal information.

  • Photography and Video: We may take photos or videos during the event for promotional purposes. By booking with us, you consent to the use of these images and videos for marketing, social media, or other promotional materials. If you prefer not to be included in any photos or videos, please inform us in advance.

 

Cancellation or Postponement by Us

  • Force Majeure: If we are unable to deliver the services due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, illness, or emergencies), we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the party or offer a full refund.

  • Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel or postpone an event in the event of unforeseen circumstances or issues related to the safety or well-being of participants. If we must cancel, you will receive a full refund.

 

Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • Amendments: We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or through our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

 

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Ontario.
